Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.
- Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During promotional events or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to qualifying orders.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide.
- Available shipping options are displayed during checkout.
- Delivery times vary depending on destination.
- If your country is unavailable during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
TCDILI is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Although we work with trusted shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
Order Changes & Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Multiple Shipments
To provide faster delivery, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive separate shipment confirmation emails with individual tracking numbers.
