At TCDILI, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, all items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Be in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Include original packaging whenever possible.
- Be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Final Sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Swimwear, underwear, lingerie, and bodysuits with removed hygiene seals
- Accessories marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons
How to Start a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact our Customer Support team.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Your Full Name
- Email Address used when placing the order
- Reason for your return
- Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- An incorrect item received
- A damaged product
- A manufacturing defect
For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking information. TCDILI cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
After your returned package has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund process.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive another size, color, or style, simply:
- Submit a return request.
- Place a new order for your preferred item.
This allows us to process your replacement more efficiently.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your Order Number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, including:
- Replacement
- Full Refund
- Partial Refund (when appropriate)
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly after they are placed.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
International Returns
We accept eligible international returns within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Handling fees
These fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
